Week 5 Game Previews

So it comes to another Wednesday finally! We all love Wednesday because it’s Frisbee day! Yay!
Here are the previews and tips for this week’s games!

Field 1

RedBalls vs The Birds

RedBalls and The Birds face off in the feature match this week! With the RedBalls still undefeated it is a huge ask for The Birds to knock them off the pedestal.
With Dave & Mattie banding together to form a strong alliance this is the combo that needs to be broken to get past the Balls!
The Birds strong teaming of Cody, Dane & Bekah is still dominant and is a key feature to this match. If they can keep on performing at a high level we could see the upset!

Sparkles Tip – RedBalls to continue their winning ways with a 13 – 10 victory.

Field 2

Dark Matter vs Dye Fast Tie Furious

Dark Matter coming off an upset loss to The Green Lanterns last week look to bounce back this week against a struggling Tie Furious line up!
Dark Matter’s key combo of James, Dee & Ash are still dominating games left right and centre. The scoring power of James and Dee needs to be stopped to slow Dark Matters run.
Tie Furious look to keep working on their team work to use every player to close out big games. With Stacey still injured look for some big performances from Finny and Zane to make some big plays through the night.

Sparkles Tip – Dark Matter to bounce back to a 13 – 11 victory.

The Green Lanterns vs Clockwork Orange

After a big win last week the Green Lanterns are flying high! Clockwork Orange also pulled a great universe point win as well. After both teams going the start of the season without wins they both are looking to keep on winning this week.
With captain Christine out for the season The Green Lanterns are looking to pick up part time captain Mike Larson for the rest of the season. If he plays expect to see the Lanterns become a force to be feared!
Clockwork Orange pulled together for a great team performance with every player getting involved last week for a great win. There is no single player that makes this team. Everyone can shake things up on their night.

Spastic Spunk vs Lascivious LadyFingers

Spastic Spunk suffered a tough loss last week against the undefeated RedBalls, while the LadyFingers picked up a big win against The Birds. Both teams have the talent to get the win, it will just be who wants it more!
Spastic Spunk are looking to use their key weapon Amy to get some big points this week. With Chris & Quint around to handle expect to see Amy going long lots tonight!
Lascivious LadyFingers will be using their handler heavy line up of Hugh, Mark, Rob & Colin to move the disc around the field to find the best possible options to score.
