We are about to start-off our Beginner's League of Ultimate Frisbee. It will be held on Wednesday nights, beginning this Wednesday, the 28th of July, at 7pm, down at the James Cook Uni AFL ovals (next to the pool).Our league consists of teams of both girls and guys so you'll have fun meeting new people as well. We will teach you the game and the skills you need to know to begin playing this exciting mixed sport.

The sport of Ultimate is a fast paced game involving a frisbee. Teams score by catching the a pass in their opponent's endzone. At the same time the opposing team is trying to intercept the frisbee or knock it down. If they succeed they gain possession of the frisbee and are trying to score in the other endzone.
