I wanted to get rid of the ugly picture of those trees without the effort so I'm posting a link to some ultimate stuff aimed at some of the intermediate players out there. I thought this article on throwing phases you go through was interesting.

I like to call the intermediate throwing phase the KC-S after Keith Cameron-Smith and the beach throwing days of yesteryear where we'd meet up at the beach and pick throws to focus on working our way through a range of throws. Start easy and gradually challeng yourself to those different throws you've thought about learning. Great practise, it's fun and there's often a bit of eye candy if you set up near a swimming enclosure and look about 30m past your KC-S TP.
Once you read it think about finding yourself a KC-S throwing partner and heading to the beach every Sunday for a throw and a swim. If Keithy were still around more regularly that's where he'd be.
