Once again, it's always useful to point out that Ultimate is self-refereed. You are a referee (yeah Finny you're not the only one who's special). So that means, like Finny attends all his state basketball competitions and sucks up to the big bosses by being so smart, you too must try to be as smart and knowledgeable as you can be - BY KNOWING THE RULES.
